i was making some crumble topping for blueberry muffins the other day and look where i dumped the teaspoon of cinnamon. yep, right into the flour tupperware. whoops. ben decided we should just mix the cinnamon into the flour. a little cinnamon makes everything delicious, right? i made some chocolate chip cookies the next day and they were decadent as usual. phew.

I was making salad dressing a few months ago and realized much later that I had dumped a bunch of dijon mustard into our full bottle of vinegar instead of into the bottle I was using to make the dressing. Oops.
Well at least that pregnancy brain lapse led to a delicious alternative! And at least the pregnancy part leads to a baby too. It's a win-win situation.
You are not the only one! I start feeding Ashlyn's cheerios to Connor. I think, for me, it just keeps getting progressively worse. I don't think it is just when I am pregnant.
love it. miss you guys! wish i could see your cute pregnant belly! and i think i do those things even when i'm not pregnant... i think it's just kids in general... inside and outside of the womb... those darn kids. ;)
I've definitely had moments like that. It must be because we mom's let our minds go from one thing to the next assuming our bodies will follow along in the right way. At least you got some good cookies out of it!
I am still trying to convince Cameron that my absent mindedness is because I am pregnant.
Ha ha! Love it. I can't believe how fast the mind goes when you've got a little one inside.
Hey, and I'm doing my first triathlon the first part of November. It's just a sprint, but I'm still a little nervous. Wish me luck!
My visiting teachers each ate one of your chocolate chip cookies today and one of them said, "These are really good...it's almost like they have a hint of cinnamon." ;)
