anybody else watch the americans upset the french relay team in the mens 4x100 meter freestyle swim last night?!! absolutely incredible. it was almost midnight and i was jumping up and down and screaming at the top of my lungs with my kids sleeping in the next room. man, i love the olympics. you HAVE to watch the replay here.

We went to bed at 11, but we totally should have stayed up. Don't the French know that if you talk trash you're bound to make a fool of yourself? The French team did awesome, too, but people will only remember the trash-talking.
My sister just showed this to us minutes ago!! It gave me the chills. DANG. Now that's competition!

that was seriously so awesome. i can't believe how he came back. france was almost a full body length in front of the US, right at the wall. amazing how he pulled up to him.
FREAKING AWESOME!!! We didn't get to see it live, but we watched it this morning and we were seriously so excited. Joel was screaming...it was seriously awesome. We've watched it three more times today...for some reason still awesome...every time. When Mason saw Michael Phelps screaming at the end he said, "Ben!". He thought Ben looked like Michael Phelps...cute.
Totally awesome! I got so excited I couldn't go to bed for over an hour later. Charla and I were jumping off the couch and throwing stuff at the TV we were so excited!
